Clients are expected to arrive on time for their appointment.
Late arrival will result in a shortened treatment time to avoid impacting subsequent clients.
Treatment time will not be extended to make up for late arrival.
Full treatment fees remain payable regardless of shortened session length.
Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in full loss of payment, including the deposit.
Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date medical information prior to each treatment.
Resync Massage Therapy reserves the right to refuse or modify treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
Clients must inform the therapist of any discomfort, pain, or concerns during the session.
Resync Massage Therapy reserves the right to refuse or terminate treatment at any time if a client behaves inappropriately, arrives under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or if therapist safety is compromised.
In such cases, no refund will be issued.
Massage therapy provided is strictly non-sexual.
Any inappropriate behaviour, comments, or requests will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund and may result in a permanent ban from future bookings.
Massage therapy is provided for relaxation and wellbeing purposes only and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
Clients accept responsibility for any reactions or outcomes resulting from treatments provided, except where caused by proven negligence.
All personal information is stored securely and handled in accordance with UK GDPR.
Client information will never be shared without consent unless legally required.
